The symposium brought together fire service leaders from across Michigan to collaborate on leadership development, emerging operational challenges, training strategies, department readiness, and the future of emergency response. Serving as a Regional Representative provides an opportunity to strengthen collaboration among departments, advocate for regional needs, and help ensure communities like ours continue to benefit from strong partnerships across the fire and EMS service.
